Our Work
How we work for humanity
The Yellow House has three working rooms: Global health, Anti-hate and equality, and Futures and innovation.
Over the past twenty years, the world has achieved enormous feats. One billion people have been lifted out of poverty, many human rights violations have ceased around the world, and we've seen progress towards a healthier world. And yet, inequities have never been greater. There's much work to be done to ensure everyone can live their longest, healthiest, most productive lives. The pathway forward requires both justice – righting the wrongs of the past – and innovation – creating solutions for the future. We help organizations apply these aspects, so they can both respond to today's issues  and shape tomorrow's future.
For humanity.

Recent project
WHO: Assessment of the UN Covid-19 Supply Chain System
We performed an outside-in assessment of the United Nations’ Covid-19 Supply Chain System setup, performance, and activities to date. Leveraging a steering group, the output of a stakeholder survey and interviews, and combined with a review of key operational processes, organisational roles and responsibilities, and technology systems, the project worked to measure performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.

The "Anti-" Room

To deliver on a more equitable and just world, it is no longer sufficient to be passive. We all need to be anti-hate in all its forms, so that our organizational strategies and transformation deliver equity and justice.
